The Power Prep Hockey League’s Girls Division announces a season long Championship Series for both league members and guest clubs for determining both individual showcase and overall champions at the 19U and 16U levels during its inaugural 2023-24 campaign.

Each of the season’s first two showcase weekends will serve as a Championship Series that consists of three games guaranteed. Following the preliminary round, the top two seeds will face off in a championship game on Sunday to determine the 19U and 16U winners, who will be presented with a PPHL championship banner and league winter hats.

The final Championship Series event will consist of four games guaranteed that will include semifinal and championship contests during the playoff rounds. The clubs not qualifying for the playoffs will participate in a consolation game.

League members competing in the inaugural Power Prep Hockey League Girls Division Championship Series will consist of Bourget College (19U),  Kings Edgehill School (19U), Gilmour Academy (19U), IronBound Elite (16U, 19U) and Winchendon School (16U, 19U).

The first of the 2023-24 PPHL Championship Series three showcase weekends will take place Dec. 8-10 in Gates Mills, Ohio, at Gilmour Academy’s Stefanski Ice Center, followed by events at Winchendon (Mass.) School (Jan. 19-21) and Rodman Arena in Walpole, Mass. (Feb. 23-25).
